4. To enhance the production of forest-based services and ecotourism through strengthened productivity and the development of new forest wealth.
5. To transform forest management practices through modern technology and digitalization in order to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of governance.
6. To strengthen eco-friendly integrated forest plantation management and improve the efficient use of forest resources for the forest-based processing industry.
7. To enhance the inclusivity and participation of local communities, indigenous people and Non-Governmental Organizations (organisations) in forest management activities.
