Hornstedtia Conica Ridl

This 2-3 m tall herb is endemic to Peninsular Malaysia and was first recorded in Belum Forest Reserve, Perak during an Expedition of Forest Bio-Diversity that was conducted there. The inflorescence with pinkish labellum and fruit spikes arise near base of stem. This herb is widely distributed in lowland to hill forest.
