The act of giving, soliciting and accepting any gratification (money, donation, gifts, loan, sex, fee, discount, rebate, commission, bonus, valuable goods, assets and etc) or submitted and/or certified false expenditure claims. (Sec. 17 and 18 of the MACC Act 2009


Penal Code

The act of forging documents / information, criminal breach of trust, cheating, impersonating and abetment the above offence. (Sec. 109, 165, 168, 405, 409, 420, 468 Penal Code)
